Debt or Death

If I had to chose
Between debt or death,
I gladly give up
My final breath.

Don't worry about me,
I'll be better off.
I can't afford a doctor,
Or even a cough.

If this old body,
Can't take any more.
Dig me a hole;
Six feet for sure.

I don't want to be cut,
Or humiliated to shame.
Let me go home,
When He calls my name.

I love my daughter,
And my only son,
But some things in life,
I may leave undone.

Don't burden me more,
With this worlds pain.
The cost of life,
Is just too insane.
