Floating and bobbing
On the waves of reality
The tides of success
The brutal waves of failure
My mind is adrift
Focused on whimsy
Detached from reality
Dreaming the impossible
Bored with the obvious
My mind is adrift
Searching for whitecaps of brilliance
Admiring the foam of knowledge
Yes I am adrift
Adrift and alive
