A treasure right before my eyes
Yet seems impossible to reach
My heart is getting cold like ice
For you are very hard to catch

I searched the entire ocean
For ways to break your fence
Instead I found a heart broken
I've had a scar ever since

Another pirate took you away
All I could do was nothing
Seeing your beauty everyday
Keeps my wound from healing

Every-time I see your frown
I see a treasure I never owned
