A prayer

Lord, I pray, help me make it through the day.
Give me courage to carry on.
Let me see the light of dawn.
I ask that you show me the way.
I ask that you take me from the fray.
Please heal my mind, and renew my heart.
Take care of me, that my healing may start.
I ask that you be a light amid the dark.
Make them see their fight, ever so stark.
Lift the burdon from my soul.
Heal my heart, fill the hole.
Amen.
