A ray of hope and light
You're useless,
you're ugly,
you're worthless,
You have not reason in life
said the dark voice inside my head.
Every time I gained my confidence,
I felt and heard this voice
that has tangled my mind and heart.
You're a waste of time,
you're a waste of money,
you're a waste of everything.
You don't deserve to live.
Death can only help you....
At first I didn't care, but
as time went, as you repeated,
I became lonely and depressed.
I started fading away,
its like I was living
but i was invisible.
People knew my presence,
but all they did was ignore me.
I started feeling like I was useless,
my life has no reason.
After a while, my attempt
was you suggestion,
Death......
But suddenly, a little voice
from inside me gave me
a ray of hope and light.
it said...
you're not useless,
you're not ugly, but
a beautiful girl from in and out.
Your presence affects everyone's life.
You have a reason to live
and, the reasons are many, like
you're an angel sent from above
to keep people happy,
to bring them and yourself joy and optimism,
to spread positivity,
to feel their happiness and pain
and help them when they say 'no'.
You may be ignored,
but you won't ignore them
because you know the pain
and that is not your Character.
You're the best to yourself,
and to people who know you, who love you,
who get you and most importantly
who understand you.
You have a reason to live
to always keep your surrounding happy and
Always be the girl with a smile...
A ray of hope and light,
will never lie.
Always leads you,
to the path that's right.
