My World

My own world shall color I,
Imbue it with the scent of dreams,
The tender roses will apply
And their petals strew in beams.

Your world shall also color I
And share my desire with you,
With heartfelt shivers you’ll reply,
My world is simple, wondrous, too.

I’ll tell you something about stars,
The fragrance of a new-mown lawn,
Parisian air will fill our lungs
And the damp Neva at the dawn.

You’ll pass by fabled trees, entwined,
On snowy summits build a den,
I’ll teach you secrets of the mind
And share a laugh with you - in pen!;)

While I am lost high in the sky,
With dragons in negotiations,
I’ve known them all for a long time,
I’ll soon fly back to your location.

I’ll visit you in sleep by day,
I’ll open door into your heart,
And touch you with a sunny ray,
With wisdom, tenderness, and love.
