Wonder vs. Wander.
Wonder.
It means to think. To sit and listen, to get intoxicated by the taste of something that makes you feel breathless. It’s a high, it’s a feeling that you’ll never feel again. It’s beckons for you. Calls your name at the worst times and sucks you into a realm of unknowns where the only limit is how far you’re willing to run. Where the only thing stopping you is you. Wonder means to indulge. To put yourself into a room with a thousand doors that wait patiently to be opened one by one. They each hold willpower and promise. Wonder. It means to take in. To enjoy. To love. To see what can’t be seen unless your train your eyes to. Wonder. Is beautiful.
Wander.
It means to get lost. Mean to travel to a world that nobody’s been before and claim it as your new found land. It means hoping over obstacles and climbing through an endless imagination. Wander means to lead. With grace and dignity and passion. To show the world what you’re made of with boundless territory ahead of you. Wander is leaning off of everyone else around you and sinking into a hole of mystery and hushed feelings.
Wonder and Wander go hand in hand. You must take it all in. You most wonder in order to wander. To lead, to strive, to explore, to fall and get back.
You have to wonder.
In order to wander.
