Seeking recovery

I scream out in silence to overcome the pain,                          
My thoughts are vast and empty,driving me insane
I reach out to touch you,I find you are not there,
Theres an empty void inside me,as I sit and stare,
Hoping for a way to find some peace of mind,
an answer to this nightmare that has been so unkind
