Pain

Give me an ounce of pain and watch me run
My soul can disappear faster then the rays of the sun
From pain I could hide all the days of my life
For my children however I will put up the fight
This lover will find the warrior inside
God knows in him I confide
The worst feeling is hurting
The worst hurt comes from your heart
Your body panics
Your soul aches
Then your mind breaks
Now it is time to stand against the hate
Time to be bold against the snakes
It is time to feel my pain
Embrace my rain

You seem to be a fair and understandably woman. Give things time to fall in place and you will be truly loved.

Do not let pain destroy your ambitions. You. will win the fight. One day you will find the right lover. Just Pray.

You are correct, never let the pain destroy. Feel it and let it go. To me it's deeper then a lover, this is about loving herself
