HEART'S JOURNEY

HEART'S JOURNEY
Stare at the heart of despair
I haven't a hope of a prayer
Castles in the sand, washed away
What is left for me to pray ?

I've fallen on heart's hard time
Can't find the rythm or the rhyme
They tell me to wish upon the Stars
Instead I'll trust, in His scars

My heart says just wait and we'll see
But I know tomorrow isn't given to me
Now I'd the time for me to make a stand
Come on, can you give a brother a hand?

You know hearts cry before they break
And it tells a tale that's hard to fake
But time heals all our wounded pride
But right now is the time we must decide

I lift to You, this broken heart of Stone
There's far to much to stand here alone
I come to humble myself to You now
Before You Throne, Lord I bow
.
Lord, You've given me a brand new heart
I stand redeemed, from You may I never part
Lord my pain, You see it flows like a river
But You are an  ocean, and  You deliver
AMEN
