The Dance of Karma: Echoes of Deeds

Who am I to wish pain upon you?
To harbor ill will, to wish harm anew?
Though hatred burns within, fierce and true,
I cannot wish upon you what you put me through.

Perhaps I'm naive, a fool as you once claimed,
Deserving of all, the hurt you framed.
Each attempt to move on, your words bind,
Echoes of cruelty, haunting my mind.

Your hurtful words, etched deep in my soul,
Your image, a haunting, taking its toll.
I see you, satisfied in my pain and tears,
A cruel puppeteer, feeding on fears.

Yet amidst the darkness, I pray for you still,
That God may keep you, bend your will.
That one day, you'll seek forgiveness, true,
And offer an explanation overdue.

One day, my cries will echo, heard loud and clear,
My tears seen, wiping away every tear.
Prayers whispered, carried by the wind,
One day, you'll remember, repent your sin.

For Karma's dance, its steps unkind,
Will bring you back, to face what's left behind.
And in that moment, my heart may find peace,
As forgiveness blooms, hatred's release.

About this poem
