The Crumbling Walls Of Betrayal

You say to me
This is the end
While the four walls
Come crumbling down on our senses.

Our worlds are spinning
Round and Round
As we watch our fallen crowns.

Far more than
The ever ending drowning pool
Where are once risen dreams
Seem to be tossed to and fro.

Reach out
If ever given the chance
To change names of our games.

To go on
Without warning
A risk
That we both have to take.

To see through
All of our colored lines
Through the clouds that hide our truths.

Making out
Our own designs
Through the many pictures
Of our memories and our pains.

To move on
Through all of our disguises
Thrown forward by Betrayal and Sin.

Now we both know
That is how we can both turn
Like two sides
Of a damaged silver coin.

Flipping up
With the flip of our wrists
Determining which way we can go.

Is it the right way
A road that is so weary and so long
Where angels and devil play their musical instruments
With smiles on their faces.

Or the wrong way
Where it is still wild and dark
When the devils and the angels both play with us.
