FEELING…REVEALING…HEALING

As I lean into the emotions,
I have far too long avoided.

I begin to uncover parts of me,
and can no longer be called unbothered.

Some so beautiful,
they could even be applauded.

While others so deplorable,
not quite certain how I was taught it.

Not here to Freud it,
and definitely not exploit it.

But I love and accept all of me,
both the shadow and the hearted.

Some label it growth,
and of course there's evolving...
transformation is another one,
but healing is what I call it.
