I live in the wild
I am the wilderness
I am the white tailed bunnies,
the doe and the deer
I am the wildflowers
shooting out thru the thicket
I am the hum
of the hummingbird in flight
I am the wilderness
I am a woman.

About this poem

I wrote this poem while living in the mountains, immersed in the natural world and feeling a oneness with nature.
