Forever is Tomorrow

My life has changed
so quickly
in such a little time
trapped inside ideas
and a life that wasn't mine.

Forever is tomorrow
but we're stuck inside today
will we ever
get the chance
to feel just how we say..

As I sit and write this poem
a window breeze creeps in
only then do I feel
the cold
from deep within..

This blanket
will not warm me
for the chills inside
my heart
It started on that very day
When life just fell apart..

I've carried all this pain
inside the ach I feel
I really want for you to wake
Please say it is not real

Forever is tomorrow
but we're stuck inside today
will we ever
get the chance
to feel just how we say..

I knew about the madness
that had become my life
When I told you my forever
I meant to be your wife.

Forever is tomorrow
but we're stuck inside today
will we ever
get the chance
to feel just how we say..

To think that I may never feel
the concept of
your heart
Has caught me in a world of pain
with you
I cannot part.

Forever is tomorrow
but we're stuck inside today
will we ever
get the chance
to feel just how we say..

I'm looking for the courage
to close my eyes and
Pray..
for inside of that still moment
Is where I have to
Stay

Forever is tomorrow
but we're stuck inside today
will we ever
get the chance
to feel just how we say..

For all that I have lost
I pray to God
for help
I do not know
what I'm to do
with all these cards
I'm dealt.

As I listen for your answer
you tell me
"Say goodbye"
for the moment
that I long for
had only made me cry..

Even in those moments
I thoght we'd never part..
Forever you will hold the place
that's dark inside my heart.

trapped inside a bottle
Is there some of us
will stay
never knowing
what the future holds
and why
we did not pray.
