In the heart of a Vet
In any shield of the armed forces to a military person just under the American Flag the shield becomes like a light switch that instantly puts a Vet into a position of which they were trained for. Suddenly their attitude changes. Their stance and step becomes more crisp. Their mind becomes more alert of all that's going on around them. Their talking becomes less as they pay more attention. Their efforts and existence becomes all about others for they have been trained to be defenders of freedom life and honor with the main menu being trust and integrity. The safety of human life under the enhanced protection under God is their armor. A Military Vet is not better than the people they protect they are just taught the value of life that rises above their own. A U.S. Military Vet thrives to be of the service that falls under the oath they took. When the Ultimate sacrifice comes knocking on the door of a Vet don't mourn because even after active duty service they still have the honor of their service to fall back on interns of morals. The heart of a Vet will always be larger than others from the great love they feel from the gift of serving our great nation.
