A brawl with wind

Aniya mishra 2009 (Delhi)

The wind away has taken my faith,
extinguished my flames.
It makes the trees fall.
It shatters all walls.
I face the wind with all my might,
But the beastly wind is there to fright.
My soul's an Armour, I'll again light the flame And the breath of wind is what I'll tame.
Wind, I challenge you, for you and I will have a brawl.
I'll use your solidity and strength
 In this contest,
To feed this fire
To fulfill my desire
And!
I have set you ablaze!
For you have committed a sin,
And I take this win.
Fly away from my land
 You are now banned

Which includes writing poems (along with reading, sleeping eating and painting) unfortunately, emotions get the better of me, I cry those times and turn them into words... more…
