Are the only hint you’ll find that’s said
Loud enough for you to hear,
As I crawl and wriggle through your ear.

I want you and also you,
Any and every inhabitant
Of the body that gave birth to you;
Of the body that will not stay adamant.

So I’ll maul
With tooth and nail,
And I’ll crawl
On hands and knees,
Or even Claw
Into your heart
And watch your lifeless body fall apart.

So open up—
So, give me space—
I’ll drink, from a cup,
Blood, from your face,

To fill myself—
To be filled with life—
I’ll chisel a hole to act as a shelf
To house— to store, a god and his knife.
