Tie-Dye Celebration

When the truth was gone
My lies seemed to survive
It was a Jefferson Airplane I jumped on
Looking for somebody to love and jive

Recalling when I ended up at Woodstock
Stood under a flower covered umbrella stand
Rain didn't stop the concert to rock
Everybody sang along with The Band

I wasn't suppose to be there
Snuck out without parents permission
Realizing that they weren't aware
Never knew I went to that tie-dye celebration
