You are the sky to me

I can see you, feel you,
you affect me all the time

Your tears pour onto me
And I cry

Your laughter breezes
And I fly

Your smile shines
And it's a day for me

Your heart at peace
It's a night

There's a loud thunder
Maybe we had a fight

You're shading me, protectively
I feel all right

You are like the sky to me

But I'm still just a micro particle for you

And we're still apart,
thousands of kilometres apart...
