Bruises

Bruises can come in a number of forms , this bruise is the worst, the worst one I’ve worn .

Regretting things often , day in and day out  ,things I let  go of ,things riddled in doubt

I feel like I’m drowning , i cant find a way up , tangled in seaweed, my lifes now corrupt

I try to remember the life we once had, but life is what hurt me, can’t do this again.

We had something rare dear , something no one could miss, we threw it away though , I’ll never feel bliss

Can't take on this mind trap , don't need all this pain, I wish love was real here , not just in my brain.

Loves just a fear now , a fear deep inside , one that will chase me ,and force me to hide .

I'll never forget you or the great times that we had , but now when I look back , it just makes me sad .

Never again will I feel so complete , I wish I could feel love , Instead its defeat

Not too much longer, can I move down this path
I've lost what we once had , loves hidden in wrath

I wish that our lives here to never be torn , forever I'll wear bruises , not meant to be worn .
