A smile shared between two
Lost to emotions for others
What can I do
I catch your gaze but never lock it
Why look away I see the smile you have just fade
A fear of the past
A promise of no future but you ask me to stay
I promise I will but this pain it does kill
Your smile my cheapest thrill
