After You
After you time stopped,
life lost all meaning,
the poet began to write about sadness,
and he used to write love poems.
I wanted to get over you,
look at life on the bright side,
I wanted a morning next to another woman,
but it didn't want to dawn at all.
I'm still fighting with myself,
I'm still with you in my mind,
while my wounded heart forbids me
that happy days dawn without you.
