Haiku (31-35)

31
whose tinkling leaves
syncopate the gar-tail's splash
root, too, the black silt

32
brute noon's decoupage
prone on earth and holey winged,
butterfly abused

33
dusk, drawn-curtain gift,
patinates her aura bound
by golden hour

34
fly perched there in time
contemplates on wicker blinds
a maggot childhood

35
from bombast's bludgeon
fled to rest in solitude
but found it nowhere
