The Best man

Shane Marquin Van Rooyen 1979 (South Africa)

The Best man
Standing here, was never near
Wondering if I am realy the dear
People looking at me, with eyes of glaze
I wonder Why? Everything erase
Down the isle I try to resist the measure of plenty faces tightened my risk.
Is it not ashamed that I am here, The bride and groom are free, what else can it be

Me in a moment of self esteem wondering Why?
I am here.
Standing here was never near, my place was just infront of the dear.
