Autumn

saakal ulysses dewan 1980 (darjeeling)

Autumn

Autumn shows us how beautiful it is
When we let things go
Miserable is the heart that still carries
The unwanted burden that serves no more
How beautiful becomes the nature’s view
When old yields to new
The rosette leaves fall but with grace
As the trees groom for spring in this beautiful place

About this poem

Autumn is a poem to celebrate the beauty of the season that symbolizes old yielding to new in a most graceful manner.
