Chamomile

Something so simple feels so bad.
Only when we care, can anyone have this Over us.
One word said out of tone.
One phrase not meant that way.
Just like that sadness trying to set in.

My senses start flaring.
Fight or flight?
will I go tonight ?
Should I stay?

The question I ask myself.
Now it's night fall and I shouldn't be out but again I'm fighting these demons of doubt.
I care,but I don't .

I'm tired of never knowing what's going on.
Chaos and love all feel the same.
You can have it all or in a second it can be taken away.

I ask myself will my life ever be the same.
Coffee and tea are my only drinks these days.
Guess i'll just sip my chamomile and sleep it all away.
