Awake

There's seconds  in life that are worth hours days even years.
When I ride my Harley into a sunrise, I feel the crisp air flowing over me ,
The vibration of the engine
The whole country side bathed in gold from the suns rays
The sun riseing through a pink sky.
Just for a moment your truly awake , not caught up in the worries and trivial
Pursuits of the world.
Just for a second you understand , not logically more like intuitively.
Just for a moment when your truly awake when your watching your self rideing into that sunrise
That moment fills you with energy and strength , revitalises your being.
Then a car comes the other way and I fall back to sleep , back to this mechanical world of habits.
That's why I keep rideing , to try and capture those moments.
To be awake . To be one .
