Attention Addict

I'm an attention addict,
I've been starved of it, living off crumbs for years,
And now I'm hungry for it.

I'm a junkie and concern is my drug.

I have a gambling addiction for people to notice me,
Once I get a little attention,
I can't get enough,
I want more,
I need more,
I can't stop,
I don't want to stop,
I need it,
All of it,
All of their regard for my health,
It's never enough,
There's not enough in the world for my obsession.

I'm an alcoholic and their compassion is my booze.

Once I get a taste for it I can't stop,
i won't stop.

I'm like a ravenous dog that's got a taste for blood,
And now I desire it,
I long for it,
I crave it,
I need it.

I'm addicted to your worry.
