Not to quite not to loud

do you always talk to much
The sound of that question that rings in my ear
It’s like I was involved but feel the need to disappear
I don’t mean to talk to much it’s my fear
But I can’t seem to stop when someone who makes me happy is near
 why are you so quite
The question weighs on my brain
If I say something to loud will I be a pain
Will I sound to loud louder then a train
 I never talks anymore
I wonder why
The thought of speaking makes me sick
It makes me want to cry

About this poem

About my experience with not being able to find the balance of talking with others. I can’t talk to much but I can’t talk to less.
