Anxiety

It is hard to  breathe
Sometimes I cant speak
My chest starts to close
And I start to freak out
My mind does not  stop thinking
It’s like a train that just keeps on going’
It consumes my life
The non stop worrying
The non stop crying
Everyone thinks I am dramatic
But they don’t understand that it feels like I’m dying
It takes over  my whole body
As if I have no control of my body at all
The feeling of butterflies in my stomach
As if it’s turning upside down
I begin to throw up
Because of the anxiousness
Of something is about to happen
The uncontrolled thoughts that continue to circle around my head
That tell what I should have done instead
There is never a time where there is silence in my head
No one will get it until their the ones having to deal with it
To be honest this is me
Which I have chose to live it
