To: My Graduating Children

How the years have passed since you were a little girl
O how they did flee

Now you're a young lady and graduating college
and no longer get on my knee

Know that I will pray for your protection each day
when I get on mine for you

I will pray angles around you they will stay
as you start your life anew

Now I"ll step back and let you go
for the world is calling to you today

But the little girl in my heart I will hold
for a mother's love will never fade.

Love Mom
