You begin but never end

I’m sad,
I feel bad,
But I know the light is there,
It’s somewhere shining bright.
Calling me to see,
Waiting for me,
I’m heading there,
Slowly inching forward,
Releasing the pain,
Surrendering to faith,
Escaping all the illusion,
Connecting to the divine,
Realizing the truth,
Going beyond the breath,
Awakening my soul,
It’s a long long dark pathway,
Only solace is there is no way back.
