The World Through My Eyes

The world through my eyes,
were life is about do or die.

I hear babies begin to scream,
with no hope of future dreams.

I see streams  of tears
running down mothers faces,
because their daughters are on drugs and disgraced.

Mothers arould the world are losing sons,
dead before the age of 21.

Lord, how I miss the days of old,
kids did as they were told.

Kids killing kids in schools,
just to prove to their friends, thay are cool.

Why Lord, has our world gone to hell?
Grade school kids, are filling the jails.

I hope everyone who reads this, will start to cry,
now you see the world through my eyes..
