Free verse
I am saddened in this world today
Killings, drugs, dumping babies
It's heartbreaking for me, it's true
And I don't even know you
But I feel your pain, each day heartache
I'm saddened after 35 years faithful to a man I must move out and on with life
I gave my marriage every thing
I had and left nothing for me
I am heartbroken that it means
Nothing to my spouse of 35 years
I can't think, my world is spinning
Empty openness. Life's complicated
Enjoy your life while you can.
