Am I able?

I tried
Till the very end, but I never cried.
It's not a long tale
About how you fail, and how you stand up again with all your pain covering each and every cell.
Past was mine, present and future will be also mine.
They are few, I heard them all for so long And it seems to be fine.
Then the number goes up, making a puzzle in my mind.
Should I draw a line?
It's not easy though.
Of course, it's not for anyone who went through.
Everyone have their own
Oh! Yes you have too
But like five fingers in hand
He has that, I have this and She doesn't want to be shown.
But it's sucks
To explain others which you can't even share with your own.
And there you're stuck.
Still I'm trying
And will keep trying even if I'm dying.
