KNOW OUR NAME

I woke up thinking that I heard them speaking, but this is something that I never said. We talk about every damn thing, but this we want to be correct, but the moment we speak of mental illness, those who live through it are treated like leopards.

I woke up and took my meds; sorry, there were no voices in my head. The places that I go, I do not know. All I know is there are those days I don't feel like myself or anyone else. I'm just here.

We talk about woke culture and equal rights for different races, sexes, and religions, but we do not discuss people with mental illnesses. We have names and faces, but you will never know them because, to you, our name is crazy.
