Breath

I can't breath
I take a deep breath and let it go but no relief
I feel my throat tighten up
My lungs are getting smaller and smaller
My heart is beating harder and harder
My hands wont stop shaking
My thoughts are growing bigger
My eyes are getting cracked
I feel so sick if i even dare to eat
my patience with myself is fading
