Ad Infinum
Charles Fields II 1955 (Fort Bragg, NC)
We are the rhythm, we are the flow
we are the pulse, we are the touch, we are the glow
hovering between all creation
for our timetable to assemble to the task
we pretend but do not know
we are the sound, speaking without words...
Between what is unseen and unheard
from our way station, on this our journey
through the awakening
in the spiritual pools from which we emerge
carried forth as our spirit sails
catch temporal winds
in the place where only true light abounds,
As we spread our wings into the night,
Trusting in our souls
thru the miracle of our sense of being
on this journey crossing ancient paths
across the starlit plains of eternity in a caravan
entuned to the vibrations lost of our creation
by the Creators calling star. Touching one another by that energy +spark which exists only in truth
Between our hearts. A spoken sense, awareness
Of our dream thought passageways in dreams,
our paving stones joining each other,
by underlying particles of light which become visible only thru the visionary's portal,
Navigating by heart of soul as we ply angry seas
as if unafraid of the treacherous undercurrents
of life... We are a miracle of creation
that is our strength, that is our weakness
that is our calling our +insight
we are the heartbeat of the spirit
focused upon our recurrent rebirth
becoming the rushing of our hearts
breathing pure thought
We are the clay of the Creators wish,
Becoming real only Upon our judgement day
We are the grain of particles unthinkable,
beneath the grain of our beliefs
beneath all the plans of our salvation...
As all our tribes rediscovering the oneness of us all even as we sleep watching over the lost horizon
Bold in our approach as we feel the morning star in the dust of our bones...
As the weary travelers at our station
crossing universal plains we become grains of sand
which becomes the glass by which our spirits
Are focused into a mirror
Speaking to our souls.
Remember this.
What is the question?
If you didn't know...
You just wouldn't
