Anxiety

Lord how am I supposed to get through society?                                         With all this extreme anxiety?                         It makes my brain go crazy.                         Takes all my energy, then I feel lazy.        All the racing thoughts run through my mind. And then it's very hard to be kind There are times I can't sit still.                  By the end of the night I feel very I'll.  When some of the family and friends wanna betray yu.                                         I go spend hours with my grandbaby Malayah.                                                        She fills my heart with love and joy.         Then sends me a wave of peace and brings me her favorite toy!                      I see my mom shine bright through her beautiful eyes, saying "grandma let's go watch the sunrise".                               As we look up to the moon and stars ,she reaches over and hugs me I feel no more scars!                                             I look over at her with a huge smile.       The anxiety is gone it just took a while.   It's amazing the love we have here on this earth. We need to always embrace it we've had it since birth!                          Then I pray to God to always keep the anxiety away.He looks down at me and says enjoy your brighter days!
