Break my heart again

Fallen to pitch dark ends,
they say they suffer,
Do them pretty ladies know?
where I'm floating now.

I was bathing in golden rays,
every morning, every evening,
listening to the breeze of tender love
A pang of loneliness, was never a drawback.

You were my missing piece of puzzle
The perfect story I had to tell my friends
warnings of beloved ignored, 'no worries darling,'
Shame, I lived in a fairytale.

Just a sorry with a white Lily you gave,
maybe the Lily is it, that I liked,
your cold soaked heart never felt the warmth,
the Lily would slap me, if wasn't dead in my vase.

Letter in a dove's feet binded,
No! Just a goodbye kiss on temple I begged,
A dazed bombshell you threw last night,
here, I'm lying with the rose I bought myself.

Fool me once, shame on you,
fool me twice, shame on me,
yet, break my heart again,
I need my lesson merciless.
