Window Gazing, All I See is You

Gazing through the window, all I see is you,
A love I dream of, my heart aflame.
In this villanelle, my ardor rings true.

At my desk, bills and worries accrue,
But your image surpasses every frame.
Gazing through the window, all I see is you.

Your name echoes, shaking me through and through,
As raindrops touch your eyes, they ease my pain.
In this villanelle, my ardor rings true.

Desires moist, like morning's dew,
Longing for you, I cannot restrain.
Gazing through the window, all I see is you.

Until the stars turn to snow, our love will renew,
Together, our blissful faces sustain.
In this villanelle, my ardor rings true.

With intense affection, our love we'll pursue,
Defying the world, we will remain.
Gazing through the window, all I see is you.
In this villanelle, my ardor rings true.
