In your shoes ......
Benjamin j stevenson 1981 (Columbus ohio)
I'm your pain without measure..........
I'm the distance between us,
The miles apart.........
I'm the whisper in the crowd, the scream with in your silence..........
.
.
.
I'm the child without a home , the abandon
With out a voice ....
The stillborn that never cryed......
I'm your that's bowed
The hell that you've created
and the heaven you seek..............
.
. . ........
.
I'm your last act of contrition that you've all condemned......
The man of god without faith
Your loved that has failed.....
I'm your shadow that you have crawled out of
That s following close behind.....
I'm the failure you feel ......
The shame you hide...
I'm the mask you dawn when called upon
I'm your finger as you pull the trigger.
The blade the runs across your thoughts........
.
.
.
. I'm the one who passed by
The stranger you never noticed...
I'm the thought you never spoke......
I'm the last breath you gasp
Befor the end ...
The light that fades when the sun sets
I'm the shroud upon your eyes
When you care...
The damed the crawl out dark.........................
I'm the mother that lost there child
The father that bears arms.
I'm your blanket when your cold........
The warmth you never felt...
I'm the beginning of the end
Somewhere over a rainbow .......
I'm
The
Promise you never
Kept......
I'm the secret you could never find........
I'm the in between you slitherd threw
Were you find no peace ....
. . . . . .
. . . .
. .
.
