Greta Garbo

I met  this gay and gallant talent of film and books the summer of 1999.
She did her best so there was no worries.
She told foreigners “enjoy yourself in my homeland but don’t be too selfish.”
This spirited gal rode horses, led teams, and men.
She desired the arts and admired the genius type.
I think truth is the only thing she respected and it spearheaded her attack
Leaving a trail of fire, smoke, and ashes.
She did what she pleased and enjoyed the sunshine.
So sophisticated life was just a routine.
