Song Never Sang

Love swallowed up by darkness
Shadow hands reaching out
The artist had failed the test
A deal with the dead
Now the song he never sang
Can never be heard

Cry out heartbroken artist
The first words of our life

With a broken heart
Stare at the stars
Knowing she'll never see
Them ever again

Grief tearing the soul
Limb by limb
Decapitated by tools
Of orgiastic pleasure

Forever sing your song
Echoing through time
Forever play your song
So sweet and painful

About this poem

Another draft of lyrics, I currently don't plan on using in my music but who knows.
