Bipolar life

Up and down,
Left and right,
This is the truth;
That I write.

Love or hate,
Black or white,
I wish I could feel better!
But I know I won’t tonight.

My soul is happy !
Then it’s empty!
I’m alright,
Until I’m not ok.

I’m laughing, then crying,
I’m happy then depressed,
My brain feels so bipolar,
How do I get out of this mess?

I need no sleep,
To be rested.
I need sleep,
But I’m restless!

Somebody help me!
I’m so lost.
I feel something,
Then I don’t.
 
I wanna be happy,
Without being sad.
Just set me free!
