YOU KNOW YOU ARE THE PROBLEM
At first!
you drew stars around my scars, and I drew hearts when you were breaking into parts.
you drew light when it wasn't so bright, and I drew flowers when the time was tense and there weren't enough hours.
but then you left!
you left and I felt empty like a glass of water but without any water.
I wanted to feel warmer, I wanted to feel loved but it never happened.
how can someone be that selfish, how can someone be that cold-hearted?
I always asked myself why did I love you, why did I fall for an asshole who doesn't deserve me nor my love.
you shattered my heart like it was glass.
you made me miserable.
you destroyed the spark of hope that was left.
you gave me trust issues.
the worst part was how you cut me from your life like a piece of used tissues.
I will move on, I will get up and make my life better, I won't wait for you to apologize because people like you never change, they will always be strange.
you are a loser and a piece of dirt.
you will never be loved, I remember how problems around you always revolved.
you broke me twice, god it was stupid of me to think the Obstacles were solved.
when I was next to you my soul was being absorbed.
you are like a mistake that can never be ignored.
But then!
you drew shadows where I put the highlights, you turned my dusks into terrible nights.
you drew darkness where was my chariness, then in a minute, it all turned to
hopelessness and heartsickness.
after all those disturbing things that you did to me,
you left like it was nothing, or like I was blind and didn't see.
tho that was the best thing you ever did, you left me, and god all the bad thoughts could flee, and I felt so so free.
now am leaving my life to the fullest, am loved and liked everywhere and I am the coolest.
I might have trust issues and personality disorders and stuff.
but at least I left the past in the past and I put you where you should be.
now you are in the depths of the ground in a graveyard under a living tree.
About this poem
they will go at some point. it'll hurt but you have to move on, you have to rise up and say no to your feelings. you have to stand up to your sadness about that person. bear the pain it'll go away.
