MY MOTHER-IN-LAW

               MY MOTHER-IN-LAW

My Mother-In-Law , so special,
A lady with such a kind heart.
She was always there for us all,
Whether we were near or miles apart.
She loved all the grandchildren so dearly,
A special bond between them all,
With the deepest respect, clearly.
She always had a smile on her face,
The laughs we all had together were ace!
She always knew the right words to say,
To cheer us all up,
And brighten up our day.
Now that you are gone,
It's just not the same,
We all miss you so much,
It is such a shame.
I wish I could give you a big hug,
LOVE YOU LOTS!

About this poem

A very special lady, who was a big part of my life and is greatly missed. June, was a very kind and loving lady. She had eight children and over 20 grandchildren. She always had time for everyone and still checked that I was o.k. She said I was like a daughter to her. She suffered ill health for many years, but would always make us smile. A wonderful lady. We all miss her very much and treasure the special memories and times we had with her. Forever in our hearts.
