"Mental health poetry"
There's days that I feel sad let me deal in my feels, don't label me like I'm a killer,
in fact I'm a healer within my poetry .
I have deep feels yes
I'm up and I'm down so stand by me and help me deal with my feels.
We all have some form of
mental health in all of us, some had a hard knock life such as for me ya see.
I had my battled days now that I'm settled and controlled to be bold, see I'm tough I don't let labels control me.
I found my self over the years I know what I want i will go for it like a shooting star,i will push and push just like the day I was born.
Poetry is in my soul it heals my mental health within inside myself.
Yes I take meds to help me it's hard to do this alone,I need a boost to help me continue to heal so I don't fear my dear, but I'm now in my own zone getting my work on paper all to heal myself and others just like for me..
Mental health shouldn't be feared because we are already in tears all through the years day and night the trauma is real so I want to help others in their crisis zone that's where I belong.
Don't label me because I'm not a villain,my villains are on paper in my poetry so take a look and see.
