A Broken Harlot

A Broken Harlot

Prompt: The Luggage Of Deceit Will Haunt You.

Elenore Saga Part: 3

I found my blue-eyed scarlet
She was where she was supposed to be
Now a broken harlot
Of an old memory

Like an old suitcase
Full of empty souls
Her heart, I must not chase
Sorrow digs angry holes

She begs for me not to go
But I must walk away
The ache begins to grow
I mustn't stray

My Elenore is calling
I have to toss aside this despair
My heart is deeply falling
For her ebony hair

My love, she awaits me
As I quickly dash home
What a sweet beauty
Why did I roam

Her ivory skin is smooth to the touch
My sweet Elenore
I love you so much
I couldn't ask God for more
